Corporate IT Technician
 
General Description:
Responsible for performing technical tasks within the corporate office to support the end users and the IT equipment they utilize. Will interact with end users while executing support tasks and may receive support requests directly from them. However, any technical support fulfillment must be approved by a corporate admin for justification and training validation.
 
Essential Reponsibilities
Workstation and user hardware setup, application installation and configuration, printer maintenance and basic networking
Inventory tracking of corporate IT equipment including receiving and serializing new equipment as well as tracking all deployed and reclaimed user equipment
Assist in documentation of processes, configurations and instructional information for both admin/L2 and L1 tasks
 
Qualification Requirements:
Experience with current and past windows operating systems
Experience with various windows office / productivity applications
Knowledge of basic TCP/IP network configuration
Experience with local / network printers in a windows environment
Experience with basic computer hardware components
Experience working with technical / instructional documentation
